In recent years contracting has become increasingly challenging due to the uncertainty of sourcing competitively priced materials. After more than 30 years contracting, Bentley Beavoir took the step in 2022 to cease contracting and offer a Project Management service instead.
The Project Management service enables us to work closely with clients and their chosen professionals during the design and construction process through to the completion phase. It also allows clients to engage preferred suppliers and contractors with the peace of mind they have us to guide them throughout.
